Well I guess then they've never heard of comference calls either!!!
If that's the case and you are correct that all information updates will be unavailable because the MD is travelling, well then that is just plain ridiculous.
I wonder how that would work for an employee: gee I'm on the road boss and I just can not get to that update - you'll have to wait until I get back in a couple of weeks.
Answer: you are fired.
And shareholders (the boss) should take the same approach.
