Easy to sell something when everyone is flush with funds and running with the pack purchasing whatever is 'cool' to own at the time. I'm sure management thought they could just flash a report to potential buyers and they would fall over each other to add MAE to their holding.

Noone, in their right mind, buys something without making sure it works and it's potential can be realised.
