Yes, a bit of a tangent, but addressing one of your points.

Despite this, the govt is clearly sh!t scared that it may be seen to do something that might "compromise" lives, so they will drag this mess out for as long as possible. Even though they are clearly "compromising lives" but less directly so it is a messy grey area. The result on many businesses, including FLT, imo, is that the pain will continue. They will burn cash and be put in an even weaker position.
They will raise more $$ if needed and beg for bailouts when the market says "no more".
There comes a point, however, where enough is enough, and the doors are shut. Will we get to that point? That is the million $$ question. I don't have the answer, of course, and like you, would be keen to see some analysis on the FLT longevity potential if anyone has some handy.
