Yeah I kind of disagree with you, I have booked twice from Sydney to Cairns with all the related activities via Flight Centre Castle Hill. My holiday was only limited to booking the tickets, coz QLD would close down the border. Anyway all the refunds etc etc were all taken care of by Flight Centre, So I will go back to FLT to book
The ease of booking packages directly with either WEBJET or FLT is easier -- more like a one stop shop. Why would I go to hotels book directly, then go to Airlines to book airline tickets.
I guess each to their own
