Have a look what just happened in Europe with it's Carbon Taxes, lack of energy supply leading to "exorbitant" prices. I bet they're thinking of "Tourism"

You'll have a short term burst, then you'll see people starting to worry about living expenses. Just remember the higher prices of oil & gas doesn't work in your favor for tourism. We're at $1.50 per LTR while in a Full lockdown.
