Last 3 weeks show a shooting star outside of the upper Bollinger band to signal the 7 week uptrend was losing steam. Then right after that a hanging man candle which further proves momentum shifted from bullish to neutral but still no confirmation for that prior shooting star.
Now this week came the long red sell off which closed well below the lows of the previous 2 weeks confirming a shift in sentiment. Stochastic and RSI both trending lower and there is a DAILY gap at 19.19 which price could test for support.
As for price targets to the downside, hard to say. Could be pushed back into the blue channel or could just touch the upper support line and bounce higher. Best to be nimble with this one and prepared to shift opinion depending on price action.
