I sold out a while ago and I’m not sure about re-entering with interest rates rising I’m saving every cent I have to put into my home loan and I suspect many other may be following the same mentality (maybe it’s already been said above).
I’m pretty sure if you want to gamble you could make a quick 10% but the risks are a lot higher now then they were 9 months ago.
Anyone else have any input?
