FLT too busy

A friend wanted to book her flight, went to a flight center office, was told to send an online inquiry or call their phone number during the week as the agents were all busy.

Friend sent two online inquiry forms and had no reply.

Friend sent an email, again no response.

Friend called the phone number a couple of times, no one answered.

A week gone by, friend went to the same office and was told she had to make an appointment to see an agent, the agent available to chat with her said she had to deal with 15 customers ahead of her and pkease yry another office somewhere else. office was almost empty and had one customer chatting with an agent.

i suggest she use webjet online instead.
