    "4. You may be aware that a Swedish company, Biogaia, has taken an option to purchase 18m shares in the company at $0.08 per share. Details were contained in the 2006 annual report. They have requested an independent study of our probiotic strain and this has now been completed by scientists at the CSIRO. The report will go to Biogaia this week."
