"I am still holding my breath in regards to Three Gorges projects in other jurisdictions. The initial pilot for an Aspiral S1 in Wuwei County (Anhui) was a test of technology, this follow up order for Ningyuan & Dao Counties (Hunan) was somewhat of a coincidence that Kaitian were a partner for the PPP and were ready to replicate their Huoqiu County, Anhui project (unless Kaitian were the ones who made the initial introduction between Fluence and Three Gorges Group). If Three Gorges makes a future purchase of MABR technology without the involvement of Kaitian that will be the signal that Three Gorges themselves are fully supportive of MABR. We will see over the next 12 months."

From the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huoqiu County Reorganization Center, I managed to discover some info on MABR used in some of the WWTP in 10 township in the Huoqiu County.

I am puzzled on what "Completion acceptance (of construction)" stated in each of the report dated 2020/07/03 means. Whether it has completed or it is a completion of construction plans. In any case, I am quite sure these are part of the Three Gorges projects that involve our Aspirals.

1. Huanyuan Town
Newly-built sewage plant with a designed treatment scale of 500m3/d. The main treatment structures include influent metering wells, grid channels, grit tanks, adjustment tanks, MABR integrated equipment, secondary settling tanks, D-type filter tanks, production tanks , Sludge tanks, pump houses, equipment rooms, comprehensive houses, water outlets, etc., supporting the construction of a 51.35km sewage pipe network. Investment is about 22,455,900 yuan;

2. Fengling Township
