Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huoqiu County Reorganization Center, I managed to discover some info on MABR used in some of the WWTP in 10 township in the Huoqiu County.
I am puzzled on what "Completion acceptance (of construction)" stated in each of the report dated 2020/07/03 means. Whether it has completed or it is a completion of construction plans. In any case, I am quite sure these are part of the Three Gorges projects that involve our Aspirals.
