Might as well post it if you find it, not your fault if the website doesn't seem accurate.
Just because at this stage I can't verify it doesn't mean it isn't true.

Fluence have at least 40 partners in China and their profile is getting stronger, especially with 5 new partners having bought in Q2 and multiple trade shows just completed.
Things are happening in the background that we don't know about.
Cambodia was a total shock and is now Fluence's 2nd biggest market, with a SUBRE installed base even larger than in China and apparent Aspiral demand too.
We still have to see what happens with BEWG and whether Fluence will hire for their R&D with them and where that R&D will be located.
At first when you posted I thought that this was confirmation that Henan was going to be the BEWG R&D base.

Chord posted this back in 2019 that didn't feel like the right fit to me, but turned out to be the first bulk order from Hunan Kaitian.
So you never know.

At least Fluence are hiring for the Yiyang, Hunan Aspiral assembly factory. It felt like with C-19 this was never really utilized like they intended. Things seem to be ramping up slightly so Fluence must have some indications of forward orders that will lead to more Aspiral demand than they can handle out of the main Jiangsu base towards the end of the year.
