    RI said FLC focus was on SE Asia & we're seeing results from this.
    RI has stated before that contracts are done on payments at each stage or work stops.
    1st WWTP in Cambodia, 1st mover advantage, more orders to come.
    Largest MABR install = great site reference & proof tech works & is scalable.

    I think the importance of Cambodia project is under-appreciated until one considers what 's been accomplished to get to where FLC are (so quickly) in Sihanoukville & the opportunities it has created.
