    Rather than being a one year verification of an existing plant, this looks to be the pre-feasibility paperwork preparation for a new 2000 m3/d SUBRE site.
    This leads on from the work of Kaitian in 2019/2020 with the other Huoqiu County sites (15 sites = 8100 m3/d).
    If this ends up being a 2000 m3/d SUBRE plant, it would be the first one that Kaitian has been involved in, and will be the 2nd largest single plant built in China after the 3000 m3/d Liaoning Dingxiang SUBRE plant.
    From what I can see, Huoqiu County is currently spending a further 300m yuan ($47m USD) on upgrading sewage treatment (inc piping) in 2021/22.
