Doesn't look like any Israeli in the picture. You need to understand the #1 relationship in the world is that of Israel and USA (although the USA will never say it). The US prefer to refer to USA UK relationship as its seen more palatable in the world specially when dealing with the middle east. #2 would probably be Australia. The US actually likes Australia more than any other major country as its the most reliable partner (similar to Canada).
There will never be a close relationship between Israel and China if the USA doesn't want it. Your kidding yourself.
