In the 3 points you make, id say the 1st two are accurate. Rule out point 3 as its not a good stock to trade as it has no liquidity nor spread. Too be honest i havnt seen any sign of real accumulation in the last 5 years up until BNP started buying in feb 2020.
It all comes down to two things from here. Fluence need to step it up now and execute consistent volume deals and or large SUBRE sales globally. The second thing is LAUDER. If and i say this with great skepticism, IF Lauder hasnt been involved in any manipulation all this time and Fluence step it up this year, then its highly likely this will be $2 plus very easily late this year early next. Considering the buying from BNP, Alphinity and others and CS gone (who took a large chunk of the last CR), its primed for a monster free float move. Just needs a catalyst.
