An addendum to my last post after a more detail look at the 31 job ads.
In addition to the 3 mentioned new provinces (Chongqing, Guangdong and Nanchang), we actually have Tianjin, Hefei (Anhui), Zhengzhou (Henan) and Nanjing (Jiangsu). A summary as follows:

To me, it is indeed exciting to see teams in the new markets. As China is gradually taking steps to exit from the lockdowns, we can expect better activities in our second half.

On the 6/6/2022, Zhang Hongyan gave a lecture on "MABR sewage treatment technology and its application in the context of double carbon".

At the introduction to the various processes on wastewater treatment, she mentioned that what is relevant, is not the "best" technology as there will always be better tech around the corner, but the most suitable for application given the conditions and constrains of environment.

A discussions on the advantage and disadvantage of different process types are listed on the webpage which we are able to google translate the content.
