4	Project Overview	The sewage outlet of Nanzui Town (Chishan Prison) Sewage Treatment Plant in Yuanjiang City is located on the right bank of the Lishui floodway in the northeast corner of Chishan Prison, Nanzui Town, Yuanjiang City. The coordinates of the sewage outlet are 112°17′55.401″ east longitude and 29°3′35.893″ north latitude. The receiving water body of this project is the Lishui floodway, and the waste water flows into the Lishui floodway through the sewage outlet of the hidden pipe.
5	Main environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts	1. The wastewater treatment of this project adopts the MABR biochemical treatment process to treat the domestic sewage in Chishan Prison, and discharge it through a 300m dark pipe after reaching the first-level A standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). The mouth is discharged into the Lishui floodway. 2. Strengthen project operation management and establish emergency plans.In order to ensure the normal operation of sewage treatment facilities, preventive measures should be strengthened to prevent accidents in sewage treatment facilities.When abnormal discharge occurs, high-concentration sewage may be discharged into the water body, which will have a serious impact on the water environment.To this end, an emergency plan for water quality safety assurance should be established to ensure effective control of sewage before it enters the Lishui floodway. Once an accident occurs, emergency treatment must be carried out according to the emergency plan formulated in advance, the sewage outlet should be closed in time, and emergency sewage treatment measures should be taken. Wait.And timely report the accident information to the water conservancy, environmental protection and other competent departments to reduce the scope of pollution and prevent water quality from being polluted. 3. Online monitoring of the water quality of the sewage outlet.Strengthen the long-term monitoring of sewage discharged from construction projects, and dynamically grasp the quality of discharged sewage, so as to take timely treatment measures for other pollutants in the sewage.Establish an online monitoring system for the quality and quantity of effluent from sewage outlets to monitor the concentration of major pollutants and the quantity of sewage online to ensure their normal use, and network with the environmental protection department.If it is found that the automatic monitoring equipment is not operating normally, it should be reported to the local environmental protection administrative department immediately and repaired in time.
