I see more major contracts out of North Asia than SE Asia. There are more pressing issues in the former than the latter. For eg, there is a lot of backlog in China because of Covid measures. Also Taiwan had just had droughts which has shaken them. They need desalination plants for potable water and waste water treatment for industry reuse. SE Asia will be slower in coming because of change in governments in the Philippines and Cambodia. Once the dust settles, I think the orders will resume there.
