    If I am not mistaken Richard also waived his salary as CEO, which was US$1m a year for Henry.

    So he isn't going to be an exec that wants to simply drag things on for years so they can get paid a nice salary for as long as possible.. Richard wants results as soon as possible... just like all the retail shareholders.
