On September 1, the CRHIC@SUPER integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment independently developed by China Railway Environment was successfully sent to Xinjiang Ruomin Expressway sewage treatment project to help the construction of Xinjiang Ruomin Expressway green service area.
The Xinjiang Ruomin Expressway starts at Ruoqiang County, passes through Qiemo County and the 38th Regiment of the 37th Regiment of the Second Division of the Corps, and ends in Minfeng County. It connects with the starting point of the G315 Minfeng-Luopu Highway Project, with a total length of 530.2 kilometers. It is an important part of the highway network around the Taklimakan Desert.A total of 16 service areas and toll stations along the line require 24 sets of domestic sewage treatment facilities, including 4 sets of 20m³/d, 4 sets of 30m³/d, and 16 sets of 50m³/d.
The high-speed road service area wastewater has high ammonia nitrogen concentration and low carbon-nitrogen ratio, and the water quality and quantity vary greatly at different time periods, and the wastewater treatment technology is difficult. In addition, the temperature in Xinjiang is low in winter and the microbial activity is greatly reduced.In order to solve these problems, the R&D team optimized the process design, adjusted the residence time of the biochemical system, provided heating and thermal protection measures for the equipment room, ensured that the biochemical reaction was in the appropriate temperature range, greatly improved the removal effect of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus, and ensured the water output. Stably meet the emission standards.At the same time, the project can realize remote monitoring, debugging, and maintenance of sewage treatment equipment through mobile phones and the Internet, without special personnel on duty, and solves the problem of difficult operation and maintenance of sewage treatment facilities in the expressway service area.
After the completion of the project, the daily sewage treatment will reach 1000m³/d, the annual reduction of COD will be 197 tons, the annual reduction of ammonia nitrogen will be 19 tons, the annual reduction of total nitrogen will be 22 tons, and the annual reduction of total phosphorus will be 2 tons. The impact on the local water environment will actively contribute to the construction of green service areas.
CRHIC@SUPER domestic sewage integrated treatment equipment adopts modular design. It can adopt skid-mounted and containerized forms according to needs. It is equipped with MBR, MBBR, MABR, A2/O-MBBR and multi-stage AO. The sewage treatment requirements are matched with the actual conditions of the site.The equipment has been successfully applied to the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project, the ordinary high school sewage treatment project in Yunnan Province, and the Chaling township sewage treatment project. It has been highly affirmed. It is agreed that the equipment has convenient installation, small footprint, high efficiency and energy saving, and smart operation and maintenance. It can be widely used in construction camps, villages and towns, schools, black and smelly water, highway service areas and other scenes.
