IMO, China is moving from an acquisition, winner takes all mentality, to one of collaboration with foreigners. Collaboration, not competition. With that, I agree with relax1. I am glad that BEWG didn't buy over FLC-MABR because that would mean they take all of MABR and not share the technology with the other SOEs.

Also agree with relax1. By keeping FLC unfettered to work with many SOE partners, the application of MABR and DEWATS will grow in China and Asia.
