@bridog, I had a closer look at the English official version and it is much clearer. We must make a distinction between MABR technology and MABR applications. Aspirals are a MABR application.

At the 2016 SIWW, and when Richard Eytan came to Singapore in 2018, I had a long chat with them. Being Singaporean, I am well aware of the need for IP protection especially in China.

This was how I understand it. If I may use an analogy of the Intel chip contained inside a computer, this is how I make a distinction between MABR technology and the MABR package of which Aspiral is the in-house brand with its various sizes and configurations.

MABR technology will never be shared with their SOE partners because it is the crown jewel of FLC, the secret sauce so to speak.

But the way in which the systems are packaged around the MABR technology will be where the collaboration is with the likes of BEWG. iTest, Kaitian, 3 Gorges, China Rail and the other 40 SOE partners. As @Relax1 has taken much effort to explain, even MBR can be packaged with MABR if the need arises to get it to the highest effluent quality. It's up to BEWG to figure how best to wrap their own packages around the MABR technology, optimizing the Aspiral plants to sell to their varied customers around the world.

I hope this explains how FLC intends to protect its MABR technology.
