it'll be asked at the next Q&A investor call for sure... but it feels like BEWG are trying to achieve what RWL wanted with EMC... RWL had the ability to turn EMC's MABR modules into a marketable product in Aspiral and SUBRE.

BEWG appears to want the same outcome.. create a BEWG suite of containerised solutions with FLC's MABR modules to take advantage of the decentralized push in China, and if successful they will push it globally.

Different approach, similar objective.

Richard and Ronald's blocking stake in FLC is probably going to be the only thing stopping FLC being Chinese owned in the next few years... they are not in it for the money, they had a vision and I believe they will want to see it through and not end up selling out too early.. especially because they don't need the money.
