But I am not sure BEWG wants to buy foreign entities, not now. The Chinese wants to be seen to collaborating with friends like the Israelis and foreign entities to be battling a cause that is affecting the world: the environment and climate change. They don’t want to be seen as the bad guys as depicted in the Western press, that is gobbling the world.

Also, I suspect BEWG needs to build up capabilities in DEWATS. FLC is really in the right place and at the right time. Kudos goes to FLC’s local Chinese leadership team who pulled it together.
