    yes we are likely to start seeing these leads in California becoming contract wins once the reference plant is setup at Stanford, similar to how a combination of epa approval and the Wuxi demo plant in China has translated into contract wins in China.....

    The slowest part is the initial uptake but once the ball is rolling wont take long for it to reach the tipping point regarding momentum.....
