Hi @ywtoh, I believe that this tender is Zhejiang government gathering data to measure the performance of our Tiandi River Project. Zhejiang Government awarded the tender to a subsidiary of Zhejiang Province's Environmental Protection Science Design and Research Institute (I think that you'll be more than impressed with their final score @stockrock - 99.11). The company specialises in the construction, operation and maintenance of environmental online monitoring and control systems. Specifically they have developed and produced a COD online automatic monitor and ammonia nitrogen online automatic monitor. I imagine that this tender can provide us with a clearer timeline on the River Remediation project arc from project commissioning to possible endorsement and a future MABR rollout (depending on cost/ benefit analysis and results of the project): how long will Zhejiang Government want to collect and analyse data before having the confidence to endorse/reject the technology and concept? The water quality monitoring contract was awarded two months ago.
