You must understand. The Chinese mindsets have moved ahead. They want to leave the equipment manufacturing to the Israelis. But they can’t let outsiders control data monitoring and measurements. That would be tantamount to allowing an outsider know the state of China’s environment.

Let me try to elaborate. If they have used FLC’s monitoring OS, they would let FLC monitor the state of China’s pollution levels, know what the people’s nutrition levels are, nation wide, and their diets etc. But yet they need FLC’s hardware and need it fast because have to tackle TN and TP now. So, let the Israelis do what they do best. And they will do what they do best to keep as much of the data monitoring to themselves.
