    you have to make a distinction between the operating software operations on working of the hardware and data monitoring measurement.

    The OS for the hardware still belongs to FLC. ZT provides the monitoring of nitrogen and phosphorus to suit local conditions. That, ZT wants to control. By breaking up the software into OS for operating the hardware and data monitoring, it becomes a win win for all.

    That is why FLC is happy to go from one shift to 3! Did you notice they didn’t go from 1 shift and gradually increase to 2? By going 1 to 3, FLC gives a signal they have the confidence the various parts are falling into place.
