Plus if Fluence are required to set up a provincial assembly plant in the short term (December/Jan), with immediate demand for Aspiral units within the province (likely Zhejiang or Hunan), the provincial assembly plant will likely require a large number of MABR spirals to be constantly sent there. There is additional demand coming from other provinces and countries as well. The Changzhou factory will require a stockpile of spirals to fulfill any short term demand, while there is a bit of a safety net in stockpiling with iTEST continuing to buy into their 66,000 m3/d capacity contract.

There are plenty of signs that something is coming, as the last month the Changzhou factory has been advertising for 8 or 9 process engineers.
You don't need that many full timers to work on process design drawings if there is are no potential projects to design for in the pipeline.
Coupled with the ramp in production and the signs are there.



There were also 3 positions advertised for regional sales managers for Nanning in southern China near the Vietnam border.
While this is a clue that there are partners in Nanning that Fluence are planning on working with, in the past it has taken time before we have seen direct sales results, as some partners can require a year or 2 of testing the technology before any purchase decisions are made.



There are plenty of other positions being advertised that also hint to a ramp up in work.
