Liaoning has a population of approx 44 million, Panjin city has a population of approx 1.4 million, and Xinglongtai District has a population of approx 370,000. This SUBRE project was specific to an area of about 12,500 people, there should be other similar opportunities if this can be leveraged within the wider province.
