Based on his theory, there should have been a huge increase in volume and share price prior to the signing of the iTest agreement. There wasn’t.

There should have also been an increase in volume and price leading up to the Ivory Coast contract. There wasn’t.

If you took his advice and bought when volume and price did take off with no announcements ... you’d have bought in the 50’s and possibly 60’s as recently as a month ago.

I have a good idea why the stock hasn’t taken off, as there is a lot riding on the Ivory Coast financial close, new debt facility... we are low on cash, so if the above fall through or are delayed, we will have a cap raise.

There is enough there to keep many investors on the sidelines, and rightly so. However as each of the above items are ticked off, it will clear the way for a very strong move north and will be fuelled by the Chinese contracts we have all have had the privilege, due to some spectacular research in these forums, of seeing them being pieced together step by step.
