    @stockrock, it is definitely now understandable why Henry had the confidence to mention production facilities on the recent conference call. I just realised that this Henan based production facility will be in addition to the Liaoning Province "Environmental Water Equipment Production Base Project" facility that @Relax1 posted about on Thursday. @ywtoh how very prescient it could prove to be of your post here when you say that you "have a sense this model is going to be rolled out across China."
