On September 23, the Xinglongtai District Government successfully signed a contract with the Fulang World Hong Kong Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Huahong New Energy Co., Ltd. for the construction of the MABR integrated sewage treatment equipment manufacturing plant. Min Min Min, President of Fulang World China Yang Wangzheng, and Chairman of Liaoning Huahong New Energy Co., Ltd. Zhao Gang signed the agreement and the memorandum of cooperation.

The MABR integrated sewage treatment equipment manufacturing plant project will be settled in Panjin High-tech Zone, specializing in more than 10 kinds of business including wastewater treatment technology and R&D, environmental protection technology and R&D and related equipment manufacturing. After the project is completed and put into production, the equipment will be piloted in the new streets of our district. The daily treatment capacity of domestic wastewater will reach more than 1,000 tons, which will provide strong support for the development of green ecological environment in the new streets. At the same time, the project will carry out research on wastewater treatment technology adapted to the climatic conditions in Northeast China, and gradually radiate business to the northeast and north China with Panjin as the center.

He pointed out that the successful signing of the MABR integrated sewage treatment project is that Xinglongtai District implements the "green development concept" and adheres to the actual embodiment of the "ecological development road". All parties to the agreement should continue to deepen cooperation, speed up project promotion, formulate detailed and clear timetables and roadmaps, and ensure that the project will be put into production as scheduled; the enterprise partners should exert their abilities in technology research and development, research and processing costs are lower, and they are more suitable for northeast low temperature.
