Don't get too caught up in names, it's just the Chinese to English translations kicking in to change things around.

The Fluence/Emefcy China business unit is actually incorporated in Hong Kong, with the Chinese business running as a subsidiary.

The Changzhou, Jiangsu factory/office is known in China as Fulangshi Water Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (when the Chinese characters are properly translated to English).

Then there is a main sales office in Beijing and a main sales and accounting office in Shanghai, with additional sales and partner support staff scattered around in major cities.

In the Liaoning agreement above, they were referencing Fluence/Fulangshi Hong Kong when signing the agreement.

The 2 new assembly plants in Liaoning and Hunan could throw in some additional references, as you may see something like Fulangshi Water Technology (Panjin) and Fulangshi Water Technology (Yiyang) mentioned in future.

Israel Fulangshi is sometimes another way you may see Fluence mentioned in Chinese.

Bad translations will split the characters into literal meanings depending on order, so you may see translated articles that say variations of:

Rich World
