Depends also what margin Liaoning Huahong are putting on the equipment but maybe around 1/3 of the total installed costs will go to Fluence as equipment costs, with variations depending on what sort of additional equipment is required for the specific type of plant, (what secondary clarification step is used, whether UF is required, whether UV treatment is required before discharge, additional cold weather equipment) and if Fluence is the supplier for every fitting and chemical additive that is required, or if Liaoning Huahong can source these directly.

Possibly somewhere in the range of just over $1 million USD.

Note that 28 x 3 stack SUBRE modules are made up of 84 x single MABR spirals, whereas a typical Aspiral plant MABR module is made up of 2 x MABR spirals. So 84 x MABR spirals is equal to 42 x Aspiral MABR modules. So in Aspiral L4 container (8 MABR spiral / 4 MABR module) comparison terms, this is equal to about 10.5 x Aspiral L4 containers, with additional fees for custom design and engineering, cold weather proofing, fine bubble aeration strips, clarification, UV treatment, blowers etc.
