From my understanding SEAH....EBR is the one where we can run clean water ( not portable) using power generated from the waste and that is still in progress. I believe this is where EMC/FLC will generate recurring income from the money saved from installations and that we will get a percentage from that saving. I am unsure as to who will pay for these installations though. 2018 is a year that comes to mind when digging into my memory banks. This is what I have thought all long without doing more research. I will delve into it some more though. We need MABR to go full steam ahead first I think. From what I remember we are leaders in EBR as well.
