We are pleased to announce that, effective July 14, Emefcy Group Limited and RWL Water LLC have combined to form Fluence Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The merger brings together breakthrough water treatment technologies and proven delivery platforms to effectively optimize the water cycle for the 21st century.

Fluence’s product and technology portfolio includes standardized seawater and brackish water desalination using our fast-to-deploy Nirobox product line, anaerobic digestion systems for waste to energy applications, tertiary treatment solutions for food and beverage applications and highly efficient wastewater and reuse treatment systems that utilize our innovative MABR technology.
