That's it Treggs. I use a 10-15 min chart for XJO and to go long, wait until 1 bar has moved from the 3SD-2SD range and closes inside the 2SD-1SD range. RSI generally below 35 but I also check multiple timeframes to see if it's a false breakout/down (short or long).
