If it was, I think Dave would have stated this.

Most likely scenario will be a mix - 40% q on q sales growth plus one or more major deals which will bring forward achievement of the milestone.

If they landed a big deal next month, they are BE/CFP early. Q on Q sales growth continues apace notwithstanding the deal.

Another thing to consider is that no company goes cash flow positive in this phase of growth without increasing costs. Right now its $13 mil, but will likely be $20 mil by the time we are earning $13 mil in revenue. . .

I think their forecast is 12 months too early
