I know I'm being a bit negative. But to many times in small caps I have seen small investors hold on through the tough times add parcels on good news and ride it out for years. Then just as all is turning positive instos decide they would like a holding. But they don't have to go on market and drive up the price like us suckers. They simply say I would like to million dollars worth at a 20% discount and bang a raising happens. The company just bends over and takes it. Rather than making those guys build a stake on market driving up the price and rewarding holders.
I know I'm being a bit negative. But to many times in small caps...
