    Fluorescing will be used to highlight cancer cells in the neurosurgery application of endomicroscopy.
    The following is a recent game changing article from NEJM about Fluorescing in neurosurgery. If you click on the video link in the article you will see the cancer cells that have been exposed as the fluorescein is washed out of the brain in all but the cancer cells. The endomicroscope will be able to pick up individual cells and lead to even better results than that mentioned in the article which gives a macro with MRI imaging.
