This has been floating around for a while. The study took a large number of other studies hardly any of which adjusted for enough factors to draw any sort of conclusion.
So it's completely worthless.
If anything one can only conclude that this is a conspiracy to push experts more towards fluoride as only sensationalist garbage seems to be pushing against it at the moment.
