    The feeling i have (might be wrong?) is that the majority of holders will monitor the situation over the next 4 weeks. If nothing eventuates by way of another bidder or some sort of renegotiation between hanlong and the board (most unlikely) then i think that sreams volumes as to the reality of the situation - the vote will then be yes and people take their 45c and move on.
