Best to always remember that this is business and the Chinese are very good at it. If they are operating within the law (and its up to our regulators to ensure that they do) its not appropriate to bleat about underhand tactics etc. and especially not to make investment decision as some form of misguided censure because they are preceived to have outplayed or outwitted or just had luck on their side.

Having said that after my experiences with Brockman and SDL I will avoid or get out of companies where Chinese companies are involved particulary Hanlong. Not because I think they behave worse than anyone else. I am coming to suspect that they are just better at it. Companies accoss the board are going to have to lift their game to remain competitive with them particulalry in T/O environments.
