well the best time to buy has in a lot of respects passed in my view .If you've been holding or bought during this last period then you wouldn't really be selling right here .If you're out of the market then you have a little dilemma because it could just as easily keep going from here as go down .I think we're due a retest of the resolve but it hasn't looked like doing that for a while .As far as being a bull or a bear ,well I'm neither ,and I'm also not getting too greedy either .There's nothing on the horizon that could knock it over from here,well nothing that hasn't already tried and failed ,so I'm optimistic without being totally surprised if something comes out of the blue .The fed seems to be in the driver's seat right now
