Stagman,

You believe that only by releasing the BFS and announcing our JV partner will NKP' SP finally be freed to move upward, but don't you think a resolution to the Anglo/Arm dispute/negotiations will also have a positive affect on the SP.

If I had to order the restrictions on the NKP SP I would place them in the following order of importance:

1.Arm/anglo settlement
2. JV
3.BFS
4.Management

for eg if 1. happened tomorrow (without 2 - 4) I believe the SP would increase atleast into the 30's.

What are thoughts on the above.
