Roc got back to me playing a straight bat - they haven't seen any notifications on changes to substantial holdings and speculated that the parcel was bought by a broker who split it up between a number of new and existing shareholders - none of which met the criteria for a notification to the market.
Seems to me to be a pretty positive signal that ML can pass the hat around and sell off 5-6% of the company without a problem. They and the buyers must have some confidence that the price is close to the bottom and has upside. Anyone got access to a ML analyst report on Roc?
