Anyway as you say, the website says "Key Petroleum's 2007/2008 planned drilling programme includes a number of exploration wells on 2 continents: Africa and South America."
The text CLEARLY hasn't been updated. If so - why would it still refer to 2007? Plus they don't have people constantly watching over every aspect of the website, costs need to be limited and Ted can't do everything at once even though he is a super hero.
