Another year of steady declines on the Dow will not influence CVI in the slightest IF offshore permits are awarded.
What follows will be similar to the dot com boom regarding oil. If anyone thinks oil is expensive now then they are in for a rude shock.
CVI is in the box seat. For those that are getting impatient are obviously traders because if all goes according to plan we will be asking the same questions years from now. Just how much oil is there?
